Allow opening and viewing two PDF documents side by side

Task affected: Reviewing patient documents and results within the patient chart (Documents and Results sections) during clinical consultations and document reconciliation.

Impact: Occurs daily across multiple consultations. Causes significant loss of time and workflow friction when comparing historical results, lab reports, or external clinical documents, increasing cognitive load and navigation fatigue.

Current state: Users currently have to open two separate web browsers side by side to review both documents simultaneously, which disrupts the clinical workflow and takes up screen space.
