Allow uploading and transcribing pre-recorded audio files in Careway

Affected users: Healthcare Professionals (Doctors, Nurses) and general Careway users.

Task affected: Documenting past consultations by uploading a pre-recorded audio file directly into the Careway interface for transcription and AI note generation.

Impact: Low frequency, but adds valuable flexibility. Users cannot currently process audio recorded outside of a live Careway session, which slows down retrospective charting.

Current state: Users must exit Careway and rely on external AI tools (such as Gemini) to transcribe the audio file, then manually transfer the text back into their notes.
