Task affected: Monitoring the daily schedule for patient check-ins, cancellations, and same-day bookings while actively charting or performing other tasks in MYLE.
Impact: Occurs continuously throughout the day. Currently, users feel they cannot fully focus on charting or starting new tasks while waiting for patients, as they must constantly navigate away to monitor the schedule. This lack of visibility interrupts their clinical workflow and reduces multitasking efficiency.
Current state: The schedule screen and the patient chart cannot be viewed at the same time. Users are forced to constantly toggle back and forth between the schedule module and the patient chart to stay updated on patient arrivals.
