Billing - Having a button that approves and bills at the same time Merged

It would be nice to have a button that approves and opens the billing platform at the same time.

For the doctors that always bill at the end of their consultations, it would save a click if the billing platform would open automaticaly.

It is used every day for every patients and at the end of the day, its a lot of clicks.
