Ability to add favourites for the clinicians when booking from the patient file

When using the search fonction for appointments directly from the patient file, it's mandatory to first click on the clinician.

1/ When you are already logged as a MD, it could be time saver to have his own name already checked at the top of the list.

2/ On the other hand, as a clerical staff, I have to be able to pin my favourites MD to look for appointments quickly.
