Add pages number when printing elements from the patient files

When printing the complete patient file, page # and total pages printed are mandatory to be sure nothing is missing. It could be interresting to add this kind of counter at the bottom :

INFORMATION CONFIDENTIELLE - PAGE 1/100 for example
