Group by type the printed pages from the patient file

Actually, when using the printer icon at the top of the page in a patient file, everything is printed by date. Order by categories is a requirement when transfering a patient file to an other MD.

Adding an option to print by type/category will be useful.

It could be as simpler as clicking on the TYPE menu if the printing order is the same as seen on the screen.
