Patient Chart > Results > allow users the ability to rename the "DESCRIPTION" of the Result

WORKFLOW ISSUE:

• Results [tab]

• physician reviews the result

  • adds a note

• file / file + open / file + approve

• when the result is filed into the patient chart, the description doesn't give enough information.

  • physician can currently write a "note". but this will add a [1] to the result. forcing the physician to open the note of the result to review what the wrote. unable to view at a glance

SUGGESTION:

• allow users to modify the incoming "description" of the report. to allow a glace view.

EXMAPLE:

• Surgical Operation Note; on/for what?

• Surgical Operation Note; by who?
