Ability to setup "Close and hide from CDP" every new exam request Merged

Some users, as psycho, TS or other professionnals are using the section Exam request to print any information, used as a notepad.

So, 99 % of the time, it's totally useless to keep it into the CPP.

So adding an option in the setup menu as "Always hide from CPP and close every new request " could be useful.
