Make status of the hide/show in medical summary clearer

For first time users, the "Hide from CPP" and "Show in CPP" or in french: "Afficher dans le sommaire médical" / "Masquer dans le sommaire médical" is not intuitive.

We see that in onboarding with questions and confusion about that. Users need to actively think about the status when it's clearly meant to be intuitive at the beginning. Instead of the text, maybe use a toggle or similar visual signal about the status?
