Ability to remove the right to prescribe in the note

Today, a MEDICAL access and a service let the user to do anything in a note.

The possibility to add or remove important rights like PRESCRIPTION, EXAM REQUEST and CONSULTATION REQUEST to the note could be useful.

Here in this GMF, the SANS-RENDEZ VOUS rooms are shared by nurses and doctors, so do the computers.

Often , they swap sessions, or forget to do that, so it happens that the MD is prescribing with the nurse account. At that point, they can't send the prescription because of the DSQ key, and wrong signature.

Without the ASSESMENT or PLAN section in the note could be a good way to warn them immediatly.

Beause they run everywhere, this happens several times a day.

It coud be also useful with social workers because they don't need to access to the prescription neither.
