Ability to choose whether to attach the forms and prescriptions when faxing a medical note

When printing a medical note, we can choose whether to print just the note, or all the forms, handwritten notes, photos, and prescriptions attached to it via the printing window of Google Chrome (simply by choosing to print page 1 to 3 for example).

When faxing a note in the other hand, MYLE doesn't give us the option to do that as it simply opens the fax window, allows us to enter the fax number and click on fax.

The vast majority of doctors I've worked with don't like faxing the note through MYLE because they don't want to fax the forms and the prescriptions attached to it, so they print it and only fax the pages of the note from a physical fax, which is counterproductive to what the feature was meant to do.

Ideally, there should be an alert box when we click on FAX on a medical note with some checkboxes so the doctor can choose whether to fax the forms or not, once everything is checked and the doctor confirms their choices, the fax window should appear.
