Results > rename "filed" to "REVIEWED"

ISSUE: Currently some physicians (without education) are thinking the Results "FILE + APPROVE" is filing the result and approving stating that the result has been seen. (Without Education = Opted out of Training).

Instead of "File + (create a note although nothing may be written)".

SUGGESTION:

1. rename "File" to "Reviewed"

2. rename "File + Approved" to "Reviewed + Note"
