Undo previous action (lab results, docs & PA)

Problem:

When reviewing lab results, once you file a result it disappears from that screen (unless you go to 'all' but then you still need to search which one it is)

I often see doctors filing a result and then wondering for which patient it was, or even wondering what did they just do and where is the result they filed.

• Sometimes they they click too quickly (that happens most often for new doctors)

• Sometimes they click by mistake (their pointer is on the button without them knowing and they clicking by error, filing the result by mistake)

• Sometimes they may decide to go check something in the patient's file after they filed the result, but if they forgot the name they need to go to 'all' and try to find the patient, or must initiate a manual search to get into the patient file.

Same issue when approving documents and for secretaries when they check patient attendance and putting patients in the waiting room.

Idea:

Have a toaster notification that stays 3-5 sec where you can undo your previous action. See screenshots
