Outgoing Fax - copy another recipient

ISSUE: When sending a fax there is no ability to cc another recipient to either

• appear on the outgoing note

• to not appear on the note but just fax two places at once (the user would have to create the fax twice).

SUGGESTION:

1. when creating an outgoing document (consult request/exam request) allow the user to select a primary recipient and any additional recipient after would be an automatic cc (that would appear on the request)

2. when faxing via tasks/printer icon > there should be another section to select another recipient. but this would NOT appear on any document

   1. IF WE HAD A COVERSHEET > the first recipient to show on the coversheet + any additional recipient
