ISSUE: The custom forms are limited to functionality. manually type the common text that would be used (instead of using a drop-down or checkbox or clickable text).
When creating a doctors note or versatile work note, this is difficult since the text will always be fixed.
The physician is wasting time typing the note each time.
The physician could use the Progress Note, however does NOT want the clinical note (history and present illness) to be displayed when printing the "other notes and interventions".
