Favorites for backgrounds in a handwritten note

There are a lot of backgrounds to choose from in the handwritten note. To save time (for specialist doctors that see a lot of patients per day and not a lot of time), it would be nice to be able to set your favorites so they appear at the top of the list for the next time.
