Do not display the A for allergy when there is none

For a doctor when they choose to indicate that the patient do not have any allergy, in the note - medical summary part - the red A is an indicator of something is wrong.

It would be easier to read the patient file if the red A is not displayed when NONE or Aucune allergie connue or Ø is selected.

In a word RED = ALERT here, it's a false alarm
