WSBC > adding a Resources tab

Similar to the Antenatal Record, can we add a Resources tab to include:

• WSBC Physician Fax Coversheet

As we now know, if the WSBC F8/F11 reports are NOT sent to WCB within 3 business days the physician will lose a premium of $60 (bonus).

Yes, this can easily be submitted via MD Billing with the attached WSBC report, HOWEVER;

• If the patient name/DOB/PHN is not correct MSP will reject the claim

• MD Billing sucks (character issues)

Therefore, then a loss in revenue. Alternatively, the physician can still complete the WSBC F8/F11 report and manually fax this. But, if manually fax a WSBC Coversheet is mandatory.

As a temporary workaround, we have created the "WSBC Physician Fax Coversheet" as a FORM. But, the physicians feel like it would be easier to access if there was a resources tab.

Please add "Fax WSBC Physician Coversheet, generate via Forms"
