Tasks: Default sort by High priority

Affected user(s): All users using the task module actively, getting tasks assigned to them often.

Task affected: This affects the user workflow in identifying pending high-priority tasks

Impact: User experiences this everytime to leave the task module and come back to it. Few times a day.

Current state: Currently the user cannot select a default sorting method. The default is by date, for all users.
