Ability to print an appointment certificate with parent name for a child. This also could be the people who join an elderly parents.

This will upgrade the actual version by letting the clerk add information before printing.

Actually, they are obliged to add that by hand, which makes the paper less "official".

It's used several times a week by MOA.
