Add arrows to navigate into tasks and message lists

Copy the design and abilities of the lab section into the communication section into MYLE.

Adding arrows to allow users to navigate into tasks and messages (next / previous) without coming back into the menu would be useful.

Users read first, then act by priority. So give the ability to move easily into the list to choose wil add a normality int MYLE menus.
