Patient notifications on portal for preventive activities

When Doctors are planning preventive activities in a patient file, if this one have a portal, it would be nice to automatically send him reminders for these activities on the portal so he can do it on time for the doctor to receive it.

Like, if we are expecting a mammography for june 2023, in the preventive activity, we planned to do it on may 2023, in may, the patient receive on the portal the message or the request for him to take his appointment.
