NOTE - PRINTING INFORMATION

Context : I receive alot of feedback from nurses that were inspected by the OIIQ and it seems that MYLE lack some significatives information on the printing version of notes

• Title - Ex: INF/NURSE, NUTRI, ETC

• Practice Number

• Prescriber Number

We can add the prescriber number after the name of the user but it would be preferable to have a specifid field for this information.

Workflow : When you print the note, you have the title, full name, practice number, prescriber no. (if added)

Criterias : add the information automatically when printed
