Be able to fax clinical notes without being restricted to search only in the MDs Database

Users of the GUICHET D'ACCÈS DE PREMIÈRE LIGNE (GAP) - CIUSSS DE L'OUEST-DE-L'ÎLE-DE-MONTRÉAL, would like to be able to fax clinical notes while being able to search in the databases of Establishments and not being forced to search in the database of Doctors.

They say that if they have to manually enter the fax information every single time they want to fax a clinical note, that it will take too much time and that there's a lot of room for error.

Or if they need to use the fax option available in the Document tab, they would have to download the note on the computer, go to the documents tab to fax, attach the note in the fax, and send it.

This kind of solves the problem of database (because in that case we are looking in the database of establishments and not Doctors) but it is too much work, and it doesn't suit them either.

They believe that if they have an option to pick the database (instead of being forced to use the MDs one) when they fax a clinical note from a patient file, it would save them a lot of time and clicks, and reduce the room for error.
