Mass emailing Patients (for targeted patients)

Mass mailing via the portals to targeted patients. For example, a clinic had to send a letter to all of Dr. Tardif's patients to tell them that she would be away for an indefinite period of time. It had to use MailChimp to send the letters in two batches to avoid paying the fees. When most of the portals are activated, it would be so much easier to do mass mailings.
