Prevent the ability for patient to make appointment ex. 24h-48h-72h) before the appointment to be more organzised and prepared.

  • need to be able to block access to make an appointment at a certain time before the appointment.
    ex;
    appointment on Nov 20, 2022. no longer the right to make an appointment from 18nov2022 for this appointment.

    Affected user(s): Doctor or IPS, anyone who sees patients
    – Assigned task: In calendar/HUB/Patient portal/department
    – Impact: What happens is that sometimes when a patient cancels at the last minute, another patient can immediately make this appointment at the last minute too, which generates a lot of administrative work for the secretariat and the doctor to get organized and causes inefficiency as he prepares for appointments already booked, having a new appointment at the last minute upsets everything.
    example;
    The clinic staff, at the end of the day, organize their day for the next day and know what to expect. The day ends and the next day the staff rushes to the clinic, they see random patients in their calendar who had not planned, so it upsets their workflow and they have to rearrange themselves, etc...
    – Current state: It is not possible to block an appointment, on the other hand the reverse can only do this, show the appointments at a certain time before the appointment but not block.
