Ability to pin a recipient of a message in the communication tab.

Dre Huglo from https://drehuglo.medfarsolutions.com/html5#/ only has 1 'real' user in her environment other than her, which is her secretary. And she is irritated that every time she wants to send a message a lot of users appear such as (external secretary, portal secretary, medfar support and even her name).

She told me that it's a waste of time because her message will always be destined for her secretary.

So every time she has to go click on her name, risk clicking on another user while doing that, which waste her even more time. Or having to search the first few letters of her secretary's name and then click on it which also for her is a waste of time.

She would like to only have her secretary as a recipient and no one else, or to have the option to pin and lock her secretary as a recipient, so she doesn't have to click on her name every time she wants to send her a message.
