Ability to label a diagnostic as not active anymore/resolved and ability to hide it aswell from the note's summary.

Ability to have more options with the diagnostic labeling, precisely speaking; *not active anymore* or *diagnostic treated* 
Also ability to hide the diagnostic from the Note's summary itself.

– Affected user(s): Doctor or IPS, anyone who sees patients and have ability to write in a note
– Assigned task: In patient notes summary aswell as medical summary printable sheet
– Impact: Visually unpleasing and disrupts workflow, if a diagnosis is resolved and is no more, should have the ability for it so show as so at a glance, also, the ability to hide diagnosis from the note's summary should be an option as to not overpopulate unecessary diagnosis in a patient. 
Ex. invalid diagnosis will always show in the note summary and any other diagnosis that were inputted, even those by mistake will all show in the note's summary.
Giving the option to mask whatever they want would help client to optimize their workflow. 
For example; Simply add another link under the current "Show in CPP" option the "Show in note's summary" aswell (exemple picture in attachedmed)
– Current state: Any diagnoses that is inputted, visually will always stay show in 2 ways, its either valid or invalid (in red and crossed off). There is no way to signal a diagnosis as resolved or not occuring anymore other than adding a Comment to the diagnoses, which does not appear either formal PDF summary nor the Notes summary (only way to see comment is by clicking on the actual diagnosis which is ineffecient visually)
