Ability to toggle Patient search CAP on/off to invite more than 30patients in a search list

Ability to have the option to litteraly search all patient's from clinic instead of capping the search (limited to 30 patients now)

– Affected user(s): Anyone having the ability to search for patient.
– Assigned task: Patient search function(Left drawer)
– Impact: Client would like to have the option to search all the patients under X name at once, at least having the option to do so to help with workflow.
For example; Searching Gagné in the Polyclinique de L'Anse clinic will not show all the patient under Gagné, hence an option to let you do so would by highly beneficial in common names. (see attached image for ex of what could be implemented)
– Current state: When searching a common name, the patient list is limit to 30entries.
