When referring patients to specialists, clinicians often need to provide multiple sets of vital signs data in the referral letter. When generating a “Consultation Request or Exam Request” and attaching the “Medical Summary” document, it pulls most items from the medical summary section of the chart, but not vital signs. Manually going through notes to copy the data is quite time consuming and error-pronef for clinicians.
