Being able to create clickable text or perhaps a custom dropdown for when medical staff is uploading documents would be extremely useful and a huge timesaver. It also promotes consistent naming throughout the clinic (For example, an ultrasound requisition could be labelled as "U/S Req", "US Requisition" "UltraSount Req", "U/S Requisition" etc, and being able to solidify consistent naming on a clinic-to-clinic basis would be better practice.
