Autofill suggestion optimization when adding External Provider and more

The auto-suggestion in MYLE on some places seems to be flawed, i suggests randomly instead of the obvious and/or most used choices. Not optimized

– Affected user(s): Any users
– Assigned task: When adding an external provider to a patient's profile (Speciality box) see attached for examples
– Impact: Makes for a very ineffecient, irritating and waste of time for a simple search to be done
– Current state: When searching, it does not narrow it down properly, the suggestion is currently flawed and suggests Specialities that are barely used before suggestion the obvious and simple ones.
