Feature that would give the medical staff a sound alert when a patient they have an appointment with has checked in for their appointment and are ready to be seen. They say that this would avoid them constantly having to refresh the page to see if the patient has arrived. Sometimes they forget to refresh so they don't notice right away that patients are in the waiting room waiting. This wastes time according to them.
