Delete tasks from patient file

Currently, tasks can be deleted from the Communications tab, but they remain in the patient file after deletion. There is also no option to delete a task from the patient file. We would like to have one of the two following options if possible:

1. Delete task from patient file
2. Change patient associated to the task
