Let the patient cancel their appointment in the notification of the 48h reminder

Clinic beaubienmd would like to have the option to allow patients to cancel their appointments on the 48h notification and not only on the 72h one.

Because sometimes patients call the clinic to cancel an appointment, and they cannot reach anyone by phone if all the secretaries are occupied.

So they end up not attending their appointment without notifying the clinic about it.

The clinic think that giving the option to cancel appointments on the 48h notification sent prior to an appointment could actually help them avoid this problem.
