Ability to modify files created in third party app in MYLE

The Clinic "kmhc" would like to have this option in MYLE.

At the KMHC, they use MYLE as their EMR and Clinibase from Logibec as their database backend, which is connected to how patients are admitted to Inpatient. This prevents any changes to the patient profile in MYLE; all changes occur in Clinibase and are then transferred to MYLE.

They would like the ability to edit patient records in MYLE if Clinibase does not have the corresponding fields.
