Ms Julie Leblond from the clinic "Evo" said that they have to add manually the "Referred by" section on every print, and it's becoming a real issue for them.
They would like to have a field like "notes" so they can add additional information for each appointment.

Their clinic is highly based on referrals so very important for them, current workaround is to copy paste the "Referred By" section on the appointment to the Subject field so that it shows in the printout.
