Add a "Specific research" option under the search bars in COMMUNICATIONS

COMMUNICATIONS:

Add an option called "Specific research" under the search bars that will allow the users to only search a communication by searching the information in the DESCRIPTION column

Ex:

With this feature, users will be able to filter task with the description "test" from the ones linked to patient files having the word "test" in their name
