Adding Cancelation date to the filters of Liste detaillée ds rdv in Myle Analytics

– Task affected: Repport Liste détaillée des rdv.

– Impact : client wants to know when the appointment has been cancelled. It's useful when the patient contests the fees charged if the appointment is cancelled after the time allowed.

– Current state Client should get this information from the patient file.
