Receive results before report is completed

Medical practitioners would like to see results in MYLE as soon as they're available on the DSQ.

Currently, the whole report has to be completed before the result can be seen in MYLE. That makes it so that MYLE users have to look via DSQ if they're in a hurry to receive a result.

Apparently, Kinlogix doesn't have the same issue.
