Create option to set Medical Summary to be always open

From the client:
When I open a patient chart it appears to be default to not show the medical summary, I have to click the arrow button on the right side of the screen to see it. Is it possible to have it default to show the medical summary? It is important whenever opening a patient note/chart to see this and I don't want to have to click a button to see it. Thank you.
