When users are trying to find previous consultation requests via the printer icon, the name only shows the specialty for which the patient was referred. It'd be extremely useful to also see the specialists name on the description line.
Additionally, they'd like to be able to see the Specialist's name on the line in Portfolio > My Consultation Requests, so they can see who it was sent to at a glance
