Modify the SMS notification to advise patients to verify their appointment details by clicking on the link.

Presently, the default SMS message advises patients to click on the link to confirm their appointment.
The clinic has been having a frequent problem with patients that show up at the clinic for their telephone appointments because the appointment information via SMS only shows that there is an appointment and with the current phrasing, patients often do not bother clicking on the link, thinking that it is only to confirm the appointment.
This has been becoming increasingly more problematic for the clinic as they primarily use SMS for their patient notifications and the majority of their patients are seniors/have cognitive issues.
The clinic would like to be able to make an addition to the SMS message to advise patients to consult their appointment details at the link provided, as it is only if they do, that they will be able to see that the appointment is by phone and not in-person
