Add columns (like NAM / Age / Referee MD....) in the LIST section

It could be useful for MD, and MOA to directly point patients from the LISTS menu.

Find directly age, NAM, referee MD or other info (customizable) could be pratictal to order the lists by clicking in the title field too.

The example is to prioritize appointments by age. Actually, going into each patient file is necessary to get the required info.
