Be able to create new prescriptions in MYLE and share them to MDs in the environment

Some environments (such as GMF De Joliette) would like to create prescriptions in MYLE that do not exist in RX vigilance santé, these prescriptions are like Master Formulation and need to be shared to the MDs in the clinic because it's hard to memorize the formula and recreate it every time an MD wants to prescribe it to a patient.

While the creation of prescriptions in MYLE is possible ( Empty RX button), sharing the prescriptions to other Drs is not really possible.

There is a workaround for this, which involves doing lots of unnecessary steps :

In summary, a user has to create the prescription in a patient file, and every MD has to go to that patient file, renew the prescription and then mark it as their favourite so that they can use it with other patients.

Clients would like to have an easier option to share Rx between users.
