Show patient's name in messages in the portal instead of the sender's name

Currently, we send out pre-appointment forms to patients. Many patients call us to mention that the document is not addressed to them.


We have done a test and indeed when a communication is sent to the patient in the portal, the name of the sender is the first name that appears in the communication.


Is it possible to see if there is a way to have the patient's name appear and not the sender's name?

    same request, very misleading and awkward for patients apparently ,

    it is the same with the new revamp bi-directional aswell
