Have a dedicated place to store photos in the patient record. In the short term, Documents Received can do the job. However, ideally, we would like to have a place where we can see the photos before posting them and not have to fill in the fields ...

Patient Online Booking: Notice board to monitor portal activity (online booking cancellations)

For private clinics, it's important as they want to be sure that they book another patient at that time. It would be nice to have global console where admin can better monitor portal activity.
