Option to add text when rating satisfaction in the '' smiley face '' icon to provide improvement requests directly.

Possibility of adding a symbol to a user account indicating which languages he speaks.

This would help secretaries who work in large environments when giving appointments. It would work in the same way as the symbols we recently added to the services to indicated which clientele they are offered to.
