Leaving the status of new recalls empty by default

When creating a new recall, the status is already "Appointment booked" by default. The client would like the status to remain empty, because there is a risk of mistake.

Send the all medications at the same time to DSQ instead of one by one.

DSQ medications are sent one by one when there is a prescription created. By send it all at the same time, it could prevent slowness.
